This website is operated by GCM Negocios Digitais, trading as Pelotine, Av. Senador Melo Viana, 780 - Sala 01. Araguari/MG - Brazil. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Pelotine. By visiting our site or buying something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. If you are younger, you may use the site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You must not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

2. Products and information

We try to display our products, colours and images as accurately as we can, but colours and sizes may vary slightly depending on your screen and on the yarn batch. Each Pelotin is a crochet kit you make yourself; the finished size and look depend on your own stitching. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

3. Product safety

Our kits contain small parts such as safety eyes, hooks and needles. The finished toy contains small parts and is not suitable for children under 3. Kits should be used by adults or by older children with adult supervision.

4. Prices, orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and, if we do, we will offer you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. Your order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock, pricing errors or suspected fraud, and will refund you in full if we do. You agree to give current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. The seller of the goods is GCM Negocios Digitais. Payments are collected on our behalf by SICLOPAY LTD, Spyrou Kyprianou Avenue 14, Office 1, 3070 Lemesos, Cyprus, so that name may appear on your card or bank statement.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is described in our Shipping policy, and returns, cancellations and our Finish-It Guarantee in our Refund policy. These policies form part of these Terms.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live, which we cannot exclude.

7. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, comments, photos or other content, you confirm that you own it or have the right to share it, and you give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, publish and display it on our website and social channels. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading. We only publish real reviews from real customers.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Pelotine name, logo, characters, photographs, patterns and instructions, belongs to us or our licensors. Kits are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, resell or distribute our patterns or instructions without our written permission.

9. Third-party links and tools

The site may link to third-party sites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices; please read their terms before using them.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to send spam or malicious code, to collect other people’s information, to interfere with the security of the site, or to infringe anyone’s rights.

11. Disclaimer and limit of liability

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12. Indemnification

To the extent the law allows, you agree to compensate us for losses arising from your breach of these Terms or your unlawful use of the site. This does not apply to your statutory consumer rights.

13. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
