Yes. Pelotins are designed for complete beginners. Start with a First Timer kit, follow the guide at your own pace and you'll have a finished Pelotin in about two to three hours. If you can't finish it, our Finish-It Guarantee has you covered.

Everything you need: yarn in your Pelotin's colours, a crochet hook, safety eyes, stuffing, stitch markers, a yarn needle and step-by-step instructions. You don't need to buy anything else.

First Timer kits take about 2–3 hours and Getting There kits about 3–4 hours. See our skill levels guide.

The guide is visual, so you can follow every step by looking. If you come across written terms, remember that a UK double crochet is the same stitch as a US single crochet.

The finished toys contain small parts and safety eyes, so they are not suitable for children under 3. Kits are best for teens and adults, or for children crocheting with an adult.
